If you stay ready you never have to get ready.
Transition will numb your heart if you stay there too long.
Transition can be normal and healthy.
It can be extremely beneficial.
But it will not be uneventful.
The difference between transition and change:
Change is external.
I see that you moved to a new city.
Transition is how you adapt to those changes.
God is saying I have so much for you at the next level but I'm waiting for you to transition.
I don't know what will happen at the next level.

You're in the wrong season.
You've been equipped for something else.
Dressed for summer but it's harvest time.
Just because you won't move.
Then you're seeing someone experience the things of God that He had for you.
Just say YES.
