Nobody starts from the bottom.
We stand on the shoulders of the spiritual giants who’ve gone before us.
Once you get a revelation of what God has put in you it will revolutionize everything around you.

I thank God, whom I serve with a pure conscience, as my forefathers did, as without ceasing I remember you in my prayers night and day,  greatly desiring to see you, being mindful of your tears, that I may be filled with joy,  when I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also.  Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.  For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. #DontBeScared

How many are willing to say Yes to God?
God whatever it is – Yes.
Yes is a dangerous word.
Its easy to worship when God says yes.
When God showed up and gave you what you need.
But this is a deeper conference and God wants us to grow up.
And get away from the Santa Claus mentality.
God disciplines and develops us.
If you’re a worship leader you must know God on different levels.
If you want to see how you’ve matured, see where your worship is after God says NO.

If you stay ready you never have to get ready.
Transition will numb your heart if you stay there too long.
Transition can be normal and healthy.
It can be extremely beneficial.
But it will not be uneventful.
The difference between transition and change:
Change is external.
I see that you moved to a new city.
Transition is how you adapt to those changes.
God is saying I have so much for you at the next level but I'm waiting for you to transition.
I don't know what will happen at the next level.
I won't say the 3 letter word.
Who Moved the Cheese book has quote.
"When the pain of staying becomes worse than the pain of changing you'll move."
You're in the wrong season.
You've been equipped for something else.
Dressed for summer but it's harvest time.
Just because you won't move.
Then you're seeing someone experience the things of God that He had for you.
Just say YES.
I'd rather be in a tough season with the hand of the Lord upon me than in a season of comfort without Him.
